About This Mod
All bots in online mode will now be dressed in Nuln Oil-colored armor without any chapter icons.
In addition, from now on they will wear helmets to avoid becoming like Tariq Antigonus.
And yes, before you ask, you can ask me to make different chapters for bots.
Now I'm working on how to edit the individual parts of the bot armor so I can make a salamander.
It's just a test mod, and something for people to watch out for when I finally hack this method :)
I'd love to be able to make all the Space Marines in the Salamanders game, for example, but so far I've only found how to edit the bots in online mode.
I upload them as free files so everyone can see what I've edited and make their own mods based on what I've been able to do.
Hopefully working together, we can do some cool things, right, guys?
If you look at client\default\default_other.pak, there are plenty of other things you can edit with Sublime or Widows Visual Code Studio.
Install free files (manual):
- Download the main file
- Please rename the file in "%GAME_FOLDER%\client_pc\root\paks\client\default\default_other.pak.cache" to "default_other.pak.cache.disable".
- Optionally, create a backup copy of the file "%GAME_FOLDER%\client_pc\root\paks\client\default\default_other.pak».
- Install WinRAR or 7zip or any other program that can open .zip files.
- Open the mod file, then go to "%GAME_FOLDER%\client_pc\root\paks\client\default\default_other.pak» and open the file.
- You will find the folder "ssl", just drag the folder "ssl" from my fashion and rewrite.
- Click OK in the pop-up window.
- Done.
