About This Mod
Turns off the vignette, which is always on, the vignette in ADS, and the vignette during some bulwark class actions.
Installation
- Download mod.
- Locate your game's installation folder and go to \Space Marine 2\client_pc\root\paks\client\default.
- Locate the file named "default_presets.pak.cache" and rename it to something like "default_presets.pak.cache.Disabled".
- Locate the archive named "default_presets.pak" and back it up.
- Open the archive (not a backup) with something like WinRAR or 7z. I use 7z.
- Unpack the contents of the mod and throw the unpacked folder named "presets" into the open archive "default_presets.pak".
- vignette_screen_idle.s3dprs disables the always enabled vignette.
- vignette_screen_minizoom.s3dprs disables the vignette in ADS.
Thus, if you want to disable only the always-enabled vignette, you can delete vignette_screen_minizoom.s3dprs, and if you want to disable only the ADS vignette, you can delete vignette_screen_idle.s3dprs before dropping them into the default_presets archive.
