About This Mod
Description.
Adds a number of military bonuses to the Republic of Soviets, allowing the Victorian Revolutionary Army 3 to use higher buffs such as EU4.
The new law on the army: adds a number of military bonuses and unlocks the method of production of the labor army in barracks. The political power of landlords and industrialists can be significantly reduced. Its discovery requires socialist technology.
