Improved auto-expand (updated for version 1.8)
About This Mod
Improved some conditions for automatic expansion of buildings.
For example:
"Railways now use infrastructure instead of market access to determine whether they need to expand. (Thanks to the fashion Ferrous, who found a way to do it faster than me.)
"State administrations are now expanding if you need tax capacity or if you have negative bureaucracy, and you will soon need more tax capacity. This prevents a problem where "divine" administrations fill the entire construction queue with requests if you fall below -10 bureaucracy for 1 second.
- Slightly improved check of the profitability of the building.
And so on.
Believe me, all the changes make sense and are an improvement over the original version of the game.
- Also added automatic extension for power plants, which was not with version 1.5.
