About This Mod
If they declare bankruptcy, they will lose their standing army. It will be defenseless, except for soldiers who can be conscripted. So AI will be stuck in a cycle of bankruptcy and revolution, fighting continuously, but never losing. If it is big enough, the revolution will win, and the country will break out of this cycle. It also minimizes the impact of bankruptcy declarations on small countries, while large countries are at a disadvantage. Compatibility with success. This mode cancels: nothing!
