Important considerations.
We are not going to explain all the changes, but there are some important caveats:
The laws of the economic system no longer include secondary game mechanics.
- In other words: if you turn to laissez-faire, you will have to cut taxes if you want the economy to grow.
- Another point: the introduction of high taxes on interventionism and self-production of most things works quite well.
Collective farming without shared ownership is possible, but only if we leave the household.
Complete secession of atheism from the state would cause atheism to cease to be an institutionalized religion, but the restoration of the principles of "freedom of religion" and "radio faith" would lead to the restoration of the original state religion.
Compatibility Spots
Postal savings technology is affected.
The following institutions were changed: social security, police, internal affairs, labor protection.
This regime is likely to prevail over other regimes dealing with the same issues. On the whole, it is compatible with those that do not add new ideologies, and must harmonize well with other regimes that govern different laws.
However, here are some specific comments
Victoria Tweaks mode - Yes, compatible with VTM.
All AI fashions are. - all compatible.

Not compatible with BPM.
Reasons.
The different regimes of law are inherently incompatible, and there have been many good ideas that have not been updated to align with the new changes in AI logic in 1.7. So, even if they work together, many of them will not work very well. This mod brings together many different tweaks that good people have come up with, and brings functional logic into line with the new vanilla system.
It actually replaces the following mods:
"Law and Power [1.6]". Taylor.
"Customized Laws" by TQ Ambo.
"Best Communism" by PSVDX.
... And maybe some others.
