About This Mod
Technical information.
This mod updates the definition of the `base_values` modifier in the IAU to conform to the standard definition in 1.5.10. The values for innovation and technology diffusion were transferred from the IAU, but the vanilla values for `public_education_access_wealth_add` were retained because they are explicitly excluded from the values set by the IAU. The new definition is contained in a separate file named so that it is always loaded after the base IAU fashion file is loaded, and the revised definition cancels it. No other changes were made...
