Added buffs for tax collection, infamy and laws.

New buffs for the population (increasing the birth rate of the accepted population), assimilation and conversion (not fully understood the mechanics of assimilation).
Added a "rebel killer" that increases the mortality of self-sufficient peasants by 100%.
Newly added population buff (increased birth rate of accepted population), assimilation and conversion buff (a little confused about assimilation mechanism).
Increase the death weapon of unscrupulous peasants, and increase the death rate of self-supporting peasants by 100%

Added several new solutions: buffs on authority, colonization, improving relationships, as well as appropriate buffs for industry, plantations, agriculture and oil production to adapt them to your needs.
Several new resolutions have been added, such as authoritative buff, colonial buff, improved relationship buff, and corresponding buff of manufacturing, plantation, agriculture, and oil throughput, so that they can better meet your needs.

Solutions can now be collapsed and expanded at any time. I haven't been playing lately, so I'm a little lazy.
Now you can open and close the resolution at any time. I haven’t been playing recently, so I’m lazy.
P.S. The functionality of each solution has been changed. You can customize the values as you wish.
PS. The functions of each resolution are modified, and the values can be modified according to the needs.
