About This Mod
This mode can be set at any time of the game.
All features can be turned on/off at any time and affect only the player.
It is a semi-automatic construction project for publicly funded buildings. Its goal is to help the player build efficiently. For the best private construction I recommend to use Controllable Private Construction.

Brief description of functions
Systematically expanding selected supply chains in the most profitable way, taking into account economies of scale and balanced development.
The automatic construction of new railroads and power plants in suitable states is gradual.
A plan for a new local supply chain in one click (construction of new buildings) in a suitable state.
Calculates the appropriate number of constructions to avoid a construction queue that is too short/long to respond more quickly to market changes and allow the player to better manage the construction queue.
Expansion of existing buildings in selected supply chains
Semi-Auto Builder (SAB) can effectively expand existing buildings of selected supply chains. This can be enabled for different supply chains separately.
He calculates the country's Suitable Construction Number (SCN) based on construction productivity, allocation of public funds, and maximum weekly progress. SAB will adjust how many constructions will be added to the construction queue each time according to the SCN and the current number of constructions to avoid too short/long construction queue and to allow SAB to respond more quickly to market changes.
He will find all suitable buildings that meet certain conditions, then arrange them according to Weighted Profitability (WP). WP is defined as follows:
WP = Profit/Building level - 1000 * Construction status
Each eligible building receives a Weighted Profitability Rank (WPR) after ordering.
WPR = 1 means that this building is the most suitable.
WPR = 2 means that this building is the second most suitable, and so on.
SAB will then select suitable buildings for the WPR and SCN based extensions. This process will try to take into account both EoS and balanced development.
Multiple levels of the same building can be added to the construction queue at the same time. The added building levels are based on WP, WPR, SCN, and state infrastructure.
Manufacturing buildings are divided into different SAB supply chains, for example, the chemical supply chain includes buildings that produce iron, sulfur, wood, dyes, paper, fertilizers, and explosives.
The types of supply chain buildings may change as technology evolves, for example, once Compression Ignition is unlocked, the oil rig will be integrated into the machinery supply chain. A building type can belong to multiple supply chains.
Auto-planning of new railways and power plants
SAB will plan and build new railways and power plants automatically and gradually in states that meet certain conditions but do not yet have them.
He will find all the right states and arrange them according to certain criteria, then start construction in the most suitable states (up to 3 states, respectively, each time).
New railways and power plants can be built again every six months.
Expansion of railways and power plants
SAB can effectively expand railways and power plants that meet certain conditions.
The expansion will try to keep the local transportation/electricity price close but slightly above the base price, or try to eliminate the entire infrastructure deficit and provide some surplus.
If maximum extensible levels have not been set, the required added levels for a railway or power plant will always be added to the construction queue at the same time.
The added levels will be calculated based on local production, consumption, infrastructure and current levels, which means that it is not PMs dependent, and the result will be accurate even if the number of railways and power plant withdrawals is modified by mods.
One-click plan for a new local supply chain
Plan a new local supply chain in one click in the right state. SAB will try to build much-needed supply-chain buildings that the state does not yet have.
The state needs to have the necessary resources, such as the construction of steel mills and tool workshops in coal- and iron-bearing states.
The types of supply-chain buildings vary as new technologies are invented. The more populous a state is, the greater the priority will be given to that state.
Additionally: exclude states that have more than three plants.
Additionally: a new supply chain will not be planned if more than 30% of states already have all the currently available plants in the supply chain.
Support four types of important and fundamental supply chains: machinery, chemicals, glass factories, electrics
Included states only
If this option is selected, SAB will only build and expand buildings in the included states.

Compatibility
No vanilla files have been overwritten, so it should be compatible with most mods.
Works only with types of vanilla buildings.
