Scull Performance Fix - Assimilation
About This Mod
A small and simple mod to solve some performance problems in a late game.
This mod is intended to be used in saves suffering from slowdown in late play.
Adds a new solution to assimilate the population.
Complete assimilation: All the population assimilates, except the main cultures.
Basic assimilation: The entire population is assimilated, except for major cultures and 1-2 minorities.
This mode has been tested in the following scenario:
Game year: 1962
Time interval (game time): 1 month
Fashions: Highly modified, without other mods to improve performance
Computer Features:
Processor: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700F @ 2.50GHz
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
RAM: 48GB
Result:
Vanilla: 58.43 sec
Basic assimilation: 42.22 seconds (38% faster)
Full assimilation: 38.05 sec (52% faster)
How to use:
Go to your log and choose Skalla: Assimilation.
Choose the option that suits you.
A script can take up to 5-6 seconds to execute on a computer similar to the above characteristics if you have a huge number of minorities in your storage.
During this time, the game may freeze.
Compatibility:
100% compatibility with any mods and future updates from Paradox.
