About This Mod
What this regime does. This regime fixes embargoes imposed despite the existence of a treaty port. Sometimes an embargo is imposed, despite the existence of a treaty port. It is not known whether this is also a bug, but one reason is that if a national territory with a treaty port is isolated from the target market, the treaty port becomes invalid and the embargo becomes possible again (for example, the German Empire can often besiege the Austrian capital and isolate all other states). There may be other reasons that could violate the treaty port or cause an embargo (this is a confirmed error).
