More arable land and resources for all regions (For)
About This Mod
Introduction
Almost the same as my other mod, only more resources.

The amount of arable land in each region is now the initial amount plus the number of provinces in the region multiplied by 5.
The total resources (coal, iron, etc.) in each region are the initial number plus the number of provinces.
Fish resources (fishing ports, whales) - the initial amount plus 2/3 of the number of provinces.
Special resources (gold mines, rubber, oil) in each region - the initial amount plus the square root of the number of provinces.
In addition, the value added above will vary according to state specificity (bandwidth modifier). For example, states with agricultural capacity bonuses will have more arable land, and vice versa.
A new game is required to apply the changes.
Compatibility
Incompatible with any mod that modifies the contents of the state_regions folder.
The only way to make both work is to make a new mod based on it.
So, if you have a mod that has changed the contents of state_regions and you want more arable land for that mod, leave a comment and I'll do it if I have time.
