About This Mod
Compatible with 1.8.* Corrects the logic of automatic expansion of railways.
Compatible with VTM, boot order is not important.
Can be set in the middle of the game.
Affects everyone, including AI.
Works for all languages.

This mode changes the operation of the automatic expansion of railways. If other conditions are met, roads will be built when the use of infrastructure exceeds its available capacity, instead of using market access as a condition.
Any lack of resources will also prevent further automatic expansion.
(Using market access as a condition would cause logic errors, such as blockades. Failure to check deficits would cause logic errors, such as in civil wars.)
Update 1.7.5: Compatible with VTM.
Update 1.5.10: The logic of automatic expansion of power plants is fixed by Paradox, so this part of the mod is removed.
