About This Mod
Despite the slow pace, it allowed for the assimilation of people from discriminated ethnic groups. How it works: As with ordinary assimilation, this mod turns one person into his faith every month. But fashion closes the cycle by targeting the remaining people who are discriminated against or ostracized for being in their homeland. The basic assimilation rate in vanilla is 0.2 per cent per month and in unincorporated provinces is 0.02 per cent. Maud takes these values and imposes additional buffs/debaffs. Modifier Condition Effect Basic Debuff /4 Non-Inherited Trait Sharing /2 Non-Inherited Trait Sharing /2 Native but otherwise adopted x2 Then, as in vanilla, the normal situation with public schools and government decree. Assimilation enhancements are applied. Austria, for example, has a Polish state. Poles do not assimilate into vanilla because they have a homeland. If Austria accepts Poles, it becomes 1/4; if Japan has Poland, it becomes 1/16 or 1/8. Compatibility: fully independent. Can be used with other cultural fashions and other things.
