About This Mod
We are proud to offer you this French car! The Z24500-Z26500 multi-purpose compound, nicknamed TER 2N NG, is a two-story multi-purpose compound consisting of 4 variants: first z24500, which is two-story and three-story, then z26500, which is four-story and five-story. Following the success of the z23500 in 2000, SNCF and Alstom began work on a completely new two-story multipurpose machine, the successor to the z23500. TER 2N NG is more efficient than the old z23500. They have a large capacity, access to the PMR. and speed up to 160 km/h instead of 140 km/h. They can work in UM 3 with z24500, as well as with z23500. The first trains started in 2004 and will be built until 2010. Many regions have ordered them, including Picardy, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, Haut-Normandy, Pays de la Loire, Centro, PACA, Rhône-Alpes and Lorraine. It was also exported to Luxembourg as the CFL 2200.
