Connum transport assets in Germany

A collection of German road signs (which can be used as travel points or crash-prevention assets) and (in the future) other traffic-related assets.

You can use in-game asset search to search by sign number or description. Additional road signs are not available as signals, but only as assets, and do not have a pole.

* Fine-tune the sizes of different sign shapes

* When using signs that are specifically designed to be positioned on the left as waypoints, offset them appropriately (if at all possible due to different road widths, otherwise just rotate them by 180 degrees)

* Different sign variants with different numeric values (distance/height/weight)

* Different sizes

* Add other assets such as speed control cameras, road works, security islands...

* Add more retro signs from different periods

* Translations (asset names and descriptions are currently in German only)
