About This Mod
Bulk Upgrader is a great fashion, but it has one problem. This fix fixes an issue where the player takes ownership of everything that has been improved
The player pays for the maintenance of everything he owns. At the beginning of the game, the player does not own or pay any maintenance costs. Once Bulk Upgrader had renovated the buildings, the player became the owner and began to pay for maintenance costs. This often results in the player being bankrupted in the blink of an eye. This mod fix gives everything you improve = no maintenance cost.
So in short: everything that you upgrade, you give away and will not pay any maintenance costs for these items.
!!! The original mod must be set and higher in the boot order so that it is loaded first!!
