About This Mod
Adds a new "Rocky" climate option to the mountain landscape.
This mode changes only the ink layers and does not affect the landscape generation.
You can safely change the "Climate" setting for saved games in the "Advanced Settings" section while downloading the game.
Screenshots show imported height map from real data [1], generated landscape in map editor [2], generated landscape for new game [3] and imported height map from real data [4].
- Uses Temperate ink layers in a new way.
- We added snow to the mountain peaks, while preserving the rocky slopes.
- Added a layer of rash at high altitudes mixed with dark grass.
- Changed the base grass layer to dark grass mixed with normal grass.
- The river and beach layers have been changed to crumble.
- The modified breed is normal and mirrored to be from the texture of the US plateau.
