About This Mod
The IV-KP Electric Locomotive was a direct current industrial locomotive built by Hans Beimler (Germany) from 1949 to 1951. The IV-KP designation means "contact, industrial, IV weight category". In the USSR, the IV-KP series of electric locomotives began to be built on the NEVZ in 1950. Diesel locomotives of domestic production were called the "second option" and were produced not only in the version for the 1500 V overhead line (IV-KP1), but also for the 750 V voltage (IV-KP2).

V (since 1933) was a direct current electric locomotive produced in Italy for the Soviet Union in 1933-1935. The individual machines of this series are incredible centenarians: the No 22 machine is still used on Magnitogorsk MK.
