Organic menu background
About This Mod
This is just a small modification of the vanilla menu background that I made for myself, but thought that someone else might like it, and posted it. It gives small red hues and organic swirls to the black background of the vanilla menu, as well as a light red glow around the map, which I like because it reminds me of the organic quality of the menu in The Witcher 1.
LIMITATIONS AND ISSUES:
None, as far as I know. I was unable to test the widescreen (with aspect ratio wider than 16:9) version thoroughly due to the lack of a widescreen monitor, and I did not check if it works in the next-gen version of the game, as I do not use it and do not want to install it to find out (my highly modified version 1.31 easily wipes the floor with next-gen graphics - at least in my opinion...).
However, he must work with both, given that this is only a very minor change, and other very similar fashions obviously work. Let me know if it's not...
EDIT: It is reported that the mod works well on widescreens as well as on next-gen.
COMPATIBILITY:
Does not conflict with any mod that does not change the menu graphics.
