About This Mod

This fashion radically redefines trade, adding: banks, news system, price fluctuations, loans, contracts, stock market and much more.

Commodity prices are subject to change, mimicking the market activity of other factions. Over time, you'll notice that prices fluctuate a little. Normally, every year the system will try to bring prices back to balance, either lowering them if they have risen or raising them if they have fallen. But over time, there may be a significant deviation from the initial values. It is important to remember: these changes affect market value, which directly affects your well-being.

A news screen is available. Over time, new messages emerge. They affect the value of different categories of goods. For example, if a settlement prepares for war, the prices of weapons and armor may rise. In the event of a bountiful crop by the faction, by contrast, food prices could fall due to market saturation. Keep up with the news to predict price changes and sell at the top of the line.

It is possible to securely store your blood-earned money - in a bank. There are currently two banks available: Civil Outlander and Imperial (if you have DLC Royalty). Fashion designers can add new banks. The deposit of money in the bank is charged a percentage, as well as for their withdrawal, so you should not get too carried away. The commission depends on your relationship with the respective faction - there is no commission for the allies! The advantage of a bank is that silver is no longer counted in the wealth of your colony. This can be very useful if you are subject to frequent and large-scale raids!

It was possible to borrow money. Both fast loans with exorbitant interest rates are available, as well as longer-term loans with interest rates that depend on bank fees. Credits are useful if you see a promising business opportunity, but lack funds. Be careful: failure to repay the loan promises trouble.

Now you can invest your money in various randomly generated trading companies Orbital. Initial stock prices are also randomly generated. Over time, you’ll get news about these companies and see how they affect stock prices. If your company publishes impressive financial reports or invests in new vessels to expand your business, be sure to buy more shares before they get more expensive, then sell them at their peak. Your shares are not counted in your wealth, so no one will attack you because of your portfolio.

There is also a contract screen where you can see the available sales contracts on the Extranet. Anonymous parties will be willing to buy certain items at a price higher than their value. If you see a contract that suits you, take out the necessary item (create or buy) and sell it to the contract holder at a good profit. Now you have the opportunity to get rid of your 1000 human skin, selling it for 300% of the cost! High-margin contracts are in high demand, and someone else might catch them before you. You need to be very careful when choosing goals!

You can also place your own contracts. The more you are willing to pay for something, the more likely someone is to give you the item. Make sure you have enough money in your bank to cover your expenses!
