About This Mod

Vanilla Races Expanded is a new series of mods designed to enhance the capabilities of biotechnology, improve the plot and outlook of RimWorld, and introduce new alien species with their genes, behaviors, mechanics and objects.


This time, we're focusing on the Vastars, because there's not much point in having Vastars in a colony, and keeping them is very expensive.


This mod brings an innovative system of mutations to the game, making each vastar you encounter different from the others. In addition, you will be able to meet several types of grotesquely spoiled and mutated Vasters.

Waster mode brings a new dimension to the game with "Barrel of Barrel" - an entirely new structure that allows you to develop Vasters with new pollution genes and place them around your base to spread pollution quickly and efficiently. The game also introduces several new mutation-specific genes and genes, which expand the development of characters and game strategies. This system ensures that there will be no two identical road stars, creating a unique experience each time.
