About This Mod

Vanilla Psycasts Expanded - Puppeteer introduces a new and unusual path of psychaster, accessible only to those who were trained in the arcane arts as children, especially high-ranking imperial nobles. The puppeteer is a path whose purpose is to give the puppeteer a mindless servant, directly controlled by the puppeteer. This allows the puppeteer to transfer his consciousness and personality to any puppet, essentially getting a kind of malicious front of immortality.


The puppeteer can lay the foundations for the creation of an entirely new puppet by subjugating his captive to a perverse psychic abomination called a brain leech. These brain leeches can take control of their captives if the puppeteer signals puppet puppetry. Puppets do not care about rest, pleasure, or comfort; they exist only to serve as puppeteers. Any experience they gain is passed on to their master, and if they are chosen, they can ascend. Their existence ends in the flames of total annihilation, and everything they possess becomes fodder for the evil psychaster, who turns them into puppets.


As mentioned above, this pathway of psychcaster is applicable only to those in whom imperial blood flows, for example to magicians. However, the settlers can also become puppeteers if they acquire the Neurotraining of a puppeteer.
