About This Mod
Biotechnology of genetic inheritance has been significantly improved.
This modification reduces the number of children who inherit little or no genetic material from their parents and results in more logical inheritance overall.
Details.
Unlike Vanilla, this mod does not produce a large number of children, who inherit 20% of their parents' genes and 225% of their metabolism.
It creates a semi-random list of inherited genes, and that list will always include genes shared by both parents. If metabolism is considered too high, the gene is removed, and metabolic costs are reduced.
Options.
Mod has metabolism configuration options.
Inheritance of the archetype; inheritance of all genes or inheritance of only the archetype gene if the gene is shared by both parents.
Maud allows only endogenous or both endogens and xenogens to be inherited.
