Spreading rumors: A pawn tells each other unpleasant and unfounded stories, especially about a pawn that no one likes.
To share secrets: A pawn can trust others enough to reveal something deep and personal and bring them closer together.
To reveal the secret: there is no guarantee that all trust is given correctly! The pawn told the secret that he could go gossip with his friends!
Apology: The pawn may try to reconcile with other people who are offended or offended.
Vanity: A pawn may try to apologize on behalf of a third party.

An obsessive liar: a pawn with this trait can't help itself. Every conversation is an opportunity to come up with a new tricky story about someone else.
Gossip: Gossip always talks about other people. This also applies to secrets that cannot be trusted.
Snap: Some pawns cannot decide whom to trust with their darkest secrets, which exposes them to potential embarrassment.
Manipulation: Pawns with this trait use social tricks they know to get others to see things their own way. They are excellent negotiators, but they can be divisive and remain isolated in the colony.
Peacemaker: Some pawns can't watch their friends fight. They try to decommunize the difference between others, and if they succeed, they cheer up.
Reliability: A reliable pawn keeps secrets. They rarely spread rumors, and if they do, they feel bad about it.

Disadvantages: The socially isolated pawn will suffer from a deterioration of mood and very regular mental interruptions. If they remain friends, they can sometimes leave the map and join allies.
Sprinter: If a group of friends forms in a colony that is mostly hostile to other members, they together decide to split up and form a new faction on the map.
Battle: Even if they don't split up, enemy groups will start fighting. If you don't fix the ruined colony, there's going to be a massive war.
Note: All of these events can be disabled in the mode options menu, but this is not without consequences. After all, a divided colony is an unhappy one.

For a pawn with any of these characteristics, the negative effects of "irritating voice", "spooky breath", "ugly" and "ugly" decrease.
