What is ReGrowth?
ReGrowth is a mod profoundly influenced by the philosophy of the extended vanilla series and our understanding of how biomes work and what role they play in the game. Everything that is added is made to match or reflect vanilla. Our main goal is to move from simple user interface textures to a new, more complex system that best matches the performance and vanilla version.
Inspired by Disney's Owl House series, the Boiling Forest is a new biome filled with colorful trees, plants and hot springs. It is not known how this biome appeared in Rimworld, but it was created by a giant company that did not use it for a long time to create an amusement theme park. This biome is the most unique I've ever created, and I'm, frankly, surprised by it myself.
Boiling Woods is a simple biome that doesn't have performance-oriented code that can't be disabled, and no new features that can only be found in that biome. Its goal is to bring variety to the game and bring Owl House items to Rimworld in an easy-to-learn format!
ReGrowth was designed to be as lightweight as possible, adding only a minimal amount of new code required for Audition to work.
