About This Mod

"Plant selection: the science of increasing yield by exploiting the positive genetic traits of plants" is the name of a new research project that will bring this mod into play.

When cultivating different crops or colors, you will periodically notice on individual individuals the presence of a special feature (displayed in the information panel when interacting with the plant). This feature is not yet fully active, but you will be able to get several cuttings from such a plant (provided that it has grown at least half), which will be stored in your greenhouse.

Orangery: at the moment, it performs the only function - plant breeding. Cuttings obtained from the selected plant can now be used to create their own species, which will inherit the specified feature. Moreover, you can invent a new, catchy name for this species. When the breeding process is complete, you will be notified, after which you can start growing a new plant.

It is important to note that the new plant can be modified repeatedly to make it even more effective (at the moment, the number of modifications is not limited).

Compatible with SeedsPlease lite: after the selection table is finished, you will receive several seeds of a new plant species.

Symptom Description:

Fertility: increases yield by 150%

Attractiveness: doubles the beauty index

Growth rate: reduces time to growth by 80%

Adaptability: reduces minimum fertility and sensitivity to it by half

Resistance: reduces the required amount of light by half, the plant will not die in the dark or with toxic precipitation, and is not susceptible to disease

Winter resistance: the plant continues to grow at moderate winter temperatures (up to -16 degrees Celsius) and is able to tolerate severe frosts without death (up to -50 degrees Celsius)
