About This Mod

Maud not only adds new drugs, but also completely recycles the disease itself.


I've changed all the diseases in the game. Not their basic principles. But all of them now have some factor of chance. So it doesn't just depend on your pawn getting rid of the disease. It's not just that... One pawn has a serious case of influenza, while the other has only a mild infection.


Disease is not just a case in point. For example, even if the pawn survived the plague, the pathogen may have entered the femur, spine, or pelvis, which can later lead to death from a hidden disease.

It can also cause a secondary disorder or a long period of time. Some, such as plague, can cause benign growth as a secondary disorder. On the other hand, disturbances in sleep can now cause long-term illness: damage to the main part of the brain does not have an immediate effect, but will inevitably lead to coma in the near future. This may wake your pawn - perhaps in 20 days. This can happen in 6 or 15 years. Maybe never.


How to get infected with these diseases?

Many of them are "birthdays". This means that once a year your pawn has a chance to get sick. In the base game you can have Alzheimer's disease, dementia, back pain, cataracts, deafness, weakness, carcinomas, asthma or blockage of the heart arteries.

So, toothache, acute appendicitis, inflammation, Epstein-Barr virus, hepatitis K, Hang Senkamp's disease, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, psoriasis, blood cancer, peripheral vascular obstruction, multiple sclerosis, Campbell's disease, Waldell's syndrome, gastric ulcer, benign growths, necrosis, Chavek's disease, osteoporosis, Parkinson's disease, migraine or cerebral artery stenosis.

Other diseases - Epstein-Barr virus, for example, can cause blood cancer and post-traumatic stress disorder - also cause some diseases.

Other diseases are events in biomes, such as plague, influenza, and malaria. New diseases have emerged in biomes: the common cold, lymphatic parasites, brain worms, heart worms, lung worms, related viruses, New Reshian fever, tuberculosis, and Voight-Bernstein disease.


Additional changes to the base game

Penoxycillin: It is also effective in preventing infections caused by tuberculosis, a related virus, and Boyt-Bernstein disease.

Disease Range: Disease in all biomes now affects only 10-30% of your population. In the base game it will be 20 to 50% of your pawn.

Cancelation: Cancelation of certain drugs (GoJuice, Yayo, Flake, Wakeup) may cause stupor.

Resistance to alcohol: Currently, dementia is not likely to develop.

Life expectancy: In the future, this game would last 3,000 years, so life expectancy would increase slightly (at least in my imagination). So I increased it from 80 to 95.
