Settings for inspiration
About This Mod
Change the existing inspiration system and add 18 new inspirations.
The potential for inspiration also depends on the characteristics and skill level of the pawn. A pawn with 20 skills and 8 marksmanship skills is more likely to receive "creative inspiration" than "insane shooting".
In addition, the characteristics of the pawn affect its weight. For example, hard work increases the likelihood of exposure to "rabies workers" and snipers increase the likelihood of exposure to "rabies shooting". Unfortunately, the number of characters on the workshop pages is limited, so it is important to specify how different characteristics affect the weight of each inspiration.
Enables the settings menu to turn off each inspiration.
Inspiration can be safely added to a save, but it cannot be safely removed unless there is currently no inspired pawn. Enables a debug tool to remove inspiration from pawn, which helps remove mods.

Changes to existing inspiration source
For all kinds of inspiration, with the exception of "Crazy at Work" and "Madness", the 8th level of skill is required. Some inspirations have become more common for pawns with appropriate characteristics and high skills. In addition, a pawn cannot receive any particular inspiration (which can be disabled) unless it is assigned to a job that can be used. A pawn can be inspired from inside a van.
In addition, the pawn has a slight advantage in being able to draw inspiration when the overall skill level increases.
The specific changes are as follows:
Work with excitement
- Probability: The higher the average skill level and characteristics such as hard work, the greater the chance, while characteristics such as laziness reduce this chance.

- Other: May appear in the caravan.
Shoot with a frenzy
- Necessary skills: Shooting 8
- Probability: In a peaceful game, the probability of appearance is reduced.

Inspired Set
- Necessary skills: Social 8
- Required post: Supervisor
- Probability: The absence of prisoners reduces the likelihood of appearance (may be disabled) and the number of prisoners increases the likelihood of appearance.
Inspired taming
- Required skills: 8 animals
- Work required: Processing
- Probability: occurs only if there are wild animals on the map. The likelihood of infection in the winter is somewhat reduced
Implant surgery
- Skills required: Medicine 8
- Required profession: Doctor
Inspiring creativity
- Required skills: Building 8, Art 8 or Handicraft 8
- Required work: art, tailoring, blacksmithing or construction

- Bonus: Melee Hit Chance +5, Melee Evasion Chance +10
- Required skills: Hand-to-Hand Combat - 8
- Probability: Reduces the probability that appears when playing in peacetime.
Inspiring battles
- Bonus: Melee Hit Chance +3, Melee Evasion Chance +5, Firing Accuracy +4, Aiming Delay x60%.
- Required skills: Hand-to-Hand Combat - 8 and Shooting - 8
- Probability: Reduces the probability that appears when playing peacefully. Inspiration from work
Inspired mining
- Bonus: Mining speed by 200%, drilling speed by 220%, improved mining / drilling performance (can be changed in settings)
- Required skills: Mining 8
- Required profession: Mining
Inspired cuisine
- Bonus: Meat cutting speed x220%, cooking speed x210%, probability of food poisoning x1%, cooked meals boost mood
- Necessary skills: Cooking 8
- Required profession: Cooking
- Other: Pawns that eat meals containing human meat, cooked by inspired pawns, have the opportunity to develop the taste of cannibal.
Inspired study
-Bonus: Learning rate is x200%, the pawn will passively accumulate learning points even if it doesn't work (can be changed in the settings).
- Necessary skills: Intelligence 8
Necessary work: study
- Probability: Not displayed if there is no research project at the moment
Work inspired by plantations
- Bonus: 200% higher plant speed, increased yield (can be changed in settings)
- Necessary skills: Plant 8 plants
- Work required: Growing or cutting plants
- Probability: The probability of spawning in winter decreases slightly.
Inspirational hunting
- Bonus: Stealth while hunting +15, shooting accuracy +6
- Required skills: 8 animals, 8 shots
- Mandatory work: Hunting
- Probability: the probability of occurrence in winter is slightly reduced. This only happens if there are wild animals on the map
Inspired Ranch
- Bonus: Animal picking speed x240%, Animal training ability x200%, Crop increase (can be changed in settings).
- Required skills: 8 animals
- Work Required: Machining
- Probability: Occurs only if there is a domesticated animal in the colony

- Probability: Reduced the probability of pawns if they have 20 points on any skill.
Inspiring journey
-Bonus: Increases the caravan's movement speed and its load capacity by 50%.
- Probability: The higher the average skill level, the greater the probability. It is found only at the pawn of the caravan.

- Bonus: Extract food x150%
- Skills needed: Grow 8
- Probability: found only at pawn from caravan
Special inspiration
Blood latency
- Bonus: chance to avoid melee collision is +14, shooting accuracy is +8, armor penetration is x200%, aiming delay is x40%, hit probability is x150%.
- Necessary skills: shooting - 8 and melee - 8
- Required characteristics: Last blood
- Probability: Reduces the likelihood of appearing in a game with peaceful objects.
The Arson Trick
- Bonuses: 200% melting speed, 200% cooking speed, increased accuracy when using an incendiary device, reduced aiming time, etc.
- Mandatory properties: Pyroman
- Other: Prevents the pawn from being distracted to ignite the fire
Inspired craftsmanship
- Bonus: the following artwork will be 3-level and high quality
- Skills needed: 8
- Mandatory characteristics: Tired artist
- Mandatory works: Artistic
- Other: The pawn can get this inspiration after a mental shock
Royal Inspiration Add-on
Focus on mental soothing
-Bonus: A nearby pawn receives a mood bonus. The maximum value of the entropy of the psyche, the speed of recovery, the focus of meditation increase by 120%.
- Probability: Psi link should be displayed. The odds increase with increased sensitivity to psi influences and psi communication.
The Focus of Psychic Power
- Bonus: Maximize mental entropy by 150%, restore mental entropy and increase meditation concentration by 200%. Passive mental concentration regeneration at a slow pace
- Probability: Psi link should be shown. Chances increase with sensitivity to supersensitivity and increased zillink levels.
