About This Mod
Tired of a pawn refusing to do certain jobs, even if their own lives and the survival of the colony depend on it? This mode changes the way the game deals with "incapacity".
On the Pawn Symbols tab, you can see that the impossible list has been replaced with the hateful list. These jobs are marked in yellow on the Jobs tab and are not assigned by default. However, the pawn can be assigned to any job, so it can be assigned as needed.
However, assigning a pawn to a hated job carries a penalty for mood swings (and eventually a penalty for acting or manipulating), which lasts longer the longer the task lasts.The mode here is designed so that you can pledge the hated job in an emergency. It is not designed to accomplish such tasks in the long term.
