About This Mod
What will this change do?
(customizes) The animals will no longer destroy the plants they eat. The list of animals killing plants is configurable and is not available by default.
(Adjustable) Herding causes a loss of growth equal to the amount of food eaten.
(Adjustable) Animals can now herd plants covered with snow. These plants do not grow under snow and may die of old age.
(Adjustable) Changes in plant nutrition and life expectancy.
This means that chickens no longer need to clear pastures in three seconds, pastures can be turned over, animals can find snowy grass, and the dream of deer colonies will finally come true.
Does this mean that the fields do not need to be transplanted?
No, this change is only for grazing, not harvesting.
Can't corn and rice be grazed?
Grazing depends on the basic nutritional value of the plant, not the nutritional value that can be harvested from it. Herbs and plants that do not wither after harvesting (bushes of wild berries and pork) are king.
