About This Mod
All ideologies can be changed. All ideologies become fluid at the beginning of the game, allowing players to reform any ideology, including both player factions and other factions.
Any ideology can be created (select fixed for full customization, use a predefined or existing saved ideology) and becomes fluid along with all other ideologies at the beginning of the game or when loading the game.
Note: Selecting "Liquid" from the ideology menu will limit your options as usual.
Compatibility:
You can safely add and apply to existing saves.
Removing from the save will result in a harmless red error, and the save ideology will remain up to date.
