About This Mod
Interactive framework for Exosuits
- Modders can create their own exosuit costumes with the ability to change/match content with different mods and mounting systems for repair/maintenance.
So, what is Exosuit?
The exoskeleton in the game is a type of heavy power armor, which requires the help of a building to put on and remove.
They work like clothes, but this negates some of the characteristics of the pawn. The LifePoint system has the advantage of not loading the pilot into the base game's RNG when he is in good condition.
The optimal size of the exosuit is about 2-4 meters high, which is limited by Rimworld's ability to travel through rough terrain.

Exoskeleton hanger and module control
To get a functioning exoskeleton, you need to buy a basic module and assemble a pendant with a portal compartment. Open the tab and assemble the module. Then select the pilot who will control your exoskeleton and monitor its condition to ensure it is stable and reliable.

Mentally unstable pilots and berserkers can easily destroy entire colonies if you don't have anti-weapons to neutralize the insane pilots.
Customizable
When assembling the exoskeleton, the moderator decides, there are many options for customization, starting with additional features such as jump bags and cargo compartment. Or even built-in heavy weapons.

Durability and maintenance system without equipment
The Exosuit suit is equipped with a lifepoint system that protects the pilot from injuries. The number of life points depends on the loaded module and its characteristics. The point of life can be restored only by repairing it after docking in the portal compartment.

As a precaution in the event of an emergency, it is recommended that you save multiple backup modules.

Npc exoskeleton and robbery from a faulty exoskeleton
I think that's the part that interests the player, and yes, the NPC faction can create an exoskeleton pawn if it has an associated pawnKindDef with an expansion mode.
New NPC pilots in exoskeletons use the same strength system as you, and they can't be jailed directly either. To capture the pilot, you can order the exoskeleton to be disassembled down to the pawn and opened to the shell.During this process, several pieces of metal can be removed from the module.
