About This Mod

Rain can cause flooding on rivers, beaches and lakes. Rain can also cause puddles to form. This is another "layer", similar to a layer of snow. Effects of flooding * Water restricts movement and damages open objects. * When the rain stops, the water gradually recedes. * Water may be blocked by buildings. * Unlimited flooding: prolonged rains flood large areas of the map. * Flooding gives a bonus to mature plants, but damages immature plants (<0.25% growth); wet NPS rain soil can also moisten the soil, increasing fertility and reducing the mobility of all soil tiles. This can be added as a fashion option. Performance impact If flooding is the only option, there is no significant performance impact. The mod is meant to be light. Compatibility Flooding is only a layer similar to snow, and it does not disturb the work of other modes. You can safely add it to your saves.
