About This Mod

The Shield Rebellion was something that had been in my head ever since I first saw what the shields were like in this game: they are almost all the same, more of an aesthetic thing than anything else. No shield has damage resistance, and no shield has any bonus except impact resistance. The only thing worth using is the King Shield, because it has infinite strength, a value that is very low for all other shields. When I saw that my large piece of metal had half the strength of a colored and pointed hat, I was sure that something was actually wrong.

The Shields didn't have the love they deserved.

This fashion gives love to all shields except the King Shield, which, in my opinion, was the only balanced.

Now each shield has more strength, many have a shock buff, some have a bonus to resist elements and/or damage, and some have a special bonus.

Most importantly, they are all in some ways unique.


What changes this mod

- Board Shield

Before change: 10 strokes

New: 9 strokes, -10% fire damage resistance * This is a piece of wood, what did you expect?


- Mushroom shield

Up to change: 10 impact, 50 strength.

New: 12 damage, 150 toughness, +10% resistance to decomposition and damage. * When enemies get into this mushroom, it releases toxic spores.


- Round Shield

Old: 12 hits, 75 toughness.

New: 13 hits, 175 toughness.


- Fang Shield

Old: 14 hits, 100 toughness.

New: 15 impact, 200 strength.


- Dragon Shield

Old: 15 hits, 100 toughness.

After: 18 damage, +10% physical damage, 300 Strength * It can now be called Dragon Shield.


- Old Shield

Legion Up to change: 15 hits, 100 toughness.

New: 16th impact, 250th strength.


- Steel Shield

Old: Strength 125.

New: Strength 225.


- Crimson Shield

Old: Strength: 150.

New: Strength 250.


- Fabulous Palladium Shield

Old: 17 hits, 175 strength.

New: 18 damage, +5% to resist all elements, 350 to toughness * Amazing!


Shield

Golden LichUp to change: 17 hits, 175 toughness.

After: 18 damage, +10% Mana, 300 Strength * This is now the Golden Lich Shield.


Palladium Shield

Old: 17 hits, 175 strength.

New: 18 impact, +15% fire resistance, 350 strength.


Wolf Shield

Up to change: 17 impact, 125 strength.

New: 18 impact, +15% frost resistance, 300 strength.


Shield

Demon JornBefore change: 17 damage, 150 toughness.

New: 18 damage, -10% stamina, 300 Strength * Uncommon demonic power helps in combat.


Horror Shield

Old: Strength 200.

New: 15% rotting resistance, 300 strength.


Marble Shield

Old: 18 impact, 150 strength.

New: 19 damage, +10% fire resistance, 300 toughness.


Richly decorated bone shield

Before change: Strength 125.

After: +10% to resistance and ester damage, strength 250.


Tower Shield

Old: 100*Strength Yes, seriously.

Now: +15% to zipper resistance, 300 strength.


Inner marble shield

Before change: Strength 175.

New: +5 bonus to the bag, 300 strength * hidden bag carefully hidden in the back of this shield.
