ProjectE Integration Mode (1.20.1) - bridge between ProjectE and other modes

ProjectE Integration Mode (1.20.1) adds support for custom transformations and has a mapper that automatically adds transformations for all supported mods. This means that recipes (such as Soul Binder) for supported mods (such as EnderIO) are collected and converted to variables that ProjectE can convert. This means that recipes for these mods no longer need to be set manually at EMC, instead the mod will tell ProjectE about the recipe and its meaning. This means that you can use the built-in ProjectE commands to install EMC and reboot EMC on the fly, without having to worry about manually installing EMC for all of the affected items. This mode is inspired by Extended Equivalence mode.
