About This Mod
You know the big red circle that covers people's faces when you're just trying to start a conversation? It's superfluous, right? This reduces the primary indicator and makes the active circle smaller than the brackets.

(NOTE: Install texture mods after loading content mods)
Unzip the files. Two .mem files should be generated.
Install with Mass Effect Modder (v516+)
You can find it using ME3 Mod Manager > Tools > Mass Effect Modder (Legendary)
from there, under Mass Effect 3 on the right, choose Mods Manager > Mods Installer
Select Add to List, navigate to ReducedInteractionHUD.mem
and select it
Click Install All Mods or Install Selected Mods.
