Description.
The goal of fashion is to make Insanity more fun while keeping the game's difficulty close to vanilla so that each weapon can be used in any context. All settings and testing were done on Insanity, but mods can be used at any complexity level. Some trade-offs have been made with respect to complexity to prioritize fun and diversity. The in-game text description has not been changed. Originally, Locust SMG was used as the base weapon for balancing, but over time the mod found its own life.
"The accuracy of almost all weapons has been improved and they are easier to operate.
"Ammunition stockpiles have been significantly increased.
"The starting weapons got a lot better, which made the early game less boring.
"For example, shotguns should not be used at close range.
"SMGs are much more accurate, but they do less damage from a distance than assault rifles.
· Speed of fire and semi-automatic sniper shots are less effective.
- Weapons that are generally considered to be excessively powerful have not been altered.
