Overview

Stop rendering objects that are not visible or are too far from the camera.

Indoor facilities, objects and lighting will be siphoned off.

The default settings are for no visual artifacts or popups.

Compatible with any mods that add cameras.

Clearance Methods

Portal Occlusion Reject

By default, this method hides all objects that are not visible to the camera without affecting visual perception. To do this, he recursively checks which other tiles are visible to the camera through doorways and connecting paths between the tiles in the interior.


Note to Developers: The Doorway.Socket.Size field is used to define the boundaries of each doorway in the interior. If the size does not span the entire visible portion of the next tile, neighboring tiles will be out of view when they should not.


Depth Selection

This is a more naive method that makes visible tiles that are a certain number of tiles away from the camera. This may make the corridors invisible to the camera.
