About This Mod
Adjust the parameters of weapons and turrets of cruisers, destroyers, guided missile frigates and other spacecraft, and fix the problem when cruisers do not fire or hit the target.

This mod is based on a balance mining modification from RichardChai, made in order not to conflict with my modification of ship dynamics, so the overall balance is not much different from its balance mode.
