Old World Blues: The Best Ideologies

OWB: Better Ideologies updates all existing ideologies, adds new GFX for each sub-ideology, and adds more than 60 new sub-ideologies to the world.

Better Ideologies will not change the four main ideologies in the base game, but will add unique icons and descriptions to each sub-ideology. The only change made to the sub-ideology in the base game is the oligarchy, which has been replaced by the ruling class with the elite. This makes the mod compatible with most additional mods.
