About This Mod

Mod for HoI 4 from author Yard1PL, which allows you to customize the display name of your faction. This mod has a Russian translation.


To change the faction name, you must be a leader. Simply click on the "Change faction name" button next to the faction name on the "Policy" tab (click on your flag in the corner).


Fashion features.


This is the real change of the faction name (using the effect set_faction_name).

To update the faction name on the Policy tab, quit the game and sign in again.

Vanilla files are not overwritten, so this mod must be compatible with any mod.

Mods can be added or removed at any time.

The name changes are saved in the game save and run in multiplayer (any player can rename their faction).

You can enter up to 32 characters.

You can delete the characters you type using Backspace.

Multiple special characters (exclamation point, question mark, comma, etc.) are supported.

If the game is in English, characters in other languages may not display correctly. This is due to the way fonts work in HoI4.

This mod has been tested on versions of the game: 1.6.0, 1.6.1
