About This Mod

This is a sequel to Toolpack 1.12. This is due to the fact that the error (quite minor, but annoying to modders) in the original fashion was not corrected.


Naturally, I took the code from the original fashion and updated it from there.


It's great for debugging, fixing bugs, or just cheating.


The unlock button is located in the lower right corner, above the card options.


Improvements over the original


Reviewing infrastructure moved.

Fixed usage of color codes that do not exist.

Fixed broken button on/off selection.

Fixed inoperative capital setup.

The frequency of problems with overflow of variables in the resource/population menu has been reduced.

Eliminated the unnecessary technology checks that led to Road to 56 errors in setting up oil refineries.

Fixed removal of ships (changes in MtG may not exactly match type).

The toolset menu no longer opens outside the Open button for non-1080p permissions.

Added a button in the Politics->Countries section to unlock army templates and restrictions that are blocked in the base game. Due to technical limitations, this does not apply to new modes, but unlike other modes for unlocking templates, my tool does not break the game when using the base mode.

Added resource movement control and compliance/resistance editing in the status manager.

Added fuel bunker in the spawns of buildings.

Added "Personal Alliance" and "Ruling Government" options for puppets.

The spawns of ships and menus have been reworked, now ships will be spawned directly in a warehouse, not in a particular region. Preset with or without Man the Guns.
