About This Mod
Although I think Hoi4 has improved significantly over time, nothing has changed since it was launched: I think we'll all agree that adding a new company of soldiers to a 10,000-strong division shouldn't suddenly reduce combat effectiveness by 25%. I also believe that deployment of green units is not effective enough and that neither players nor AI are sufficiently rewarded for their careful preparation.
Ground units are subject to the same system as air units. This means that XP slowly increases or decreases, rather than doubling to 25%. There are ten levels - from recruits (-45%) to veterans (90%). Training of troops is now the most important aspect of the unit's activity.
