This mod is a separate mod that adds Ukraine as a starting tag. It is not compatible with modes that affect states or provinces in the Ukraine region.
Note: This mod does not and will not configure Ukraine's focus tree. This mod is intended for those who want to make Ukraine a playable tag, which can be selected at the beginning of the game with the corresponding initial name.
