About This Mod

Hello and welcome to Dreams of Poland, which adds an entirely new Polish focus tree containing many new paths.

Current features:

  • The Sanation government tree with 4 sub-paths (Sanation-Left, Sanation-Right, Castle, and the Coalition of Castle and Sanation-Right), which in turn have two other sub-paths to choose from, one where you form the Intermarium, and the other where you follow the historical chronology and create a Camp of National Unity and stand on the side of the allies.
  • A tree of the Kingdom of Poland with seven possible monarchy variants, with the choice of absolute or constitutional monarchy for each variant of the monarch. In addition, each monarch has a subtree of ~12 foci, which distinguishes each monarch from the rest (the exception being two variants of Polish monarchs that share a subtree).
  • Communist Poland with 3 different ways and 2 leaders.
  • A much more accurate starting situation for the Polish army, which was absolutely massive. This is not entirely accurate, as I have had serious balance-sheet problems. For example, in 1936 the permanent army of the Poles was about 900,000 men with about 1 million in reserve, which would have been insane OP for the start in HoI4.
  • Accurate start-up technologies.
  • The corresponding national spirits, giving buffas and debaffas, mimicking the situation in Poland in 1936.
  • Top 15 Current Leadership Options
  • Significantly expanded list of ministers and high command
  • An expanded list of generals, field marshals, and admirals, each with unique portraits.
  • Two new traits for the generals, giving bonuses to artillery, similar to the traits of the leader of the infantry and the leader of the cavalry.
  • A tree of colonization, available for certain paths, which allows the establishment of colonies, which Poland has historically tried to do, but has failed.
  • A few polonization decisions that will give you nuclei in certain territories that Poland (at the time) considered its own, including some German lands, Lithuania and more.
