Roles and options for each country

Russia.

In this alternative scenario, General Peter Wrangel led the White Russian Army during the Russian Civil War long before historical facts were known, and led the Bolshevik Red Army to victory. Since then, he has led a military regime and rules Russia as a supreme leader. To preserve the hard-won world, he did not try to conquer Ukraine, Finland, or other breakaway states. Instead, he created a grouping known as the Petrograd Pact, which included Ukraine, Belarus, Finland, and Mongolia. In this eastern bloc, member states promised each other protection and close economic cooperation.

But, even after the Communist defeat, newborn Russia was not doing well. The Bolshevik rebellion continued to sabotage the regime, leading to economic stagnation, with nobles and generals ruling petty lords at the expense of the common people. It is increasingly clear that Russia needs major changes.

In this alternate universe, Anastasia Romanova, the daughter of Tsar Nicholas II, manages to survive the massacre of her family. She has since gone into hiding, fearing capture by the Bolsheviks, who want her dead. The way it is found is kept secret, but if it is found, it can occupy the throne of the Russian Empire as a constitutional monarch!

As a result of peaceful development, Russia will be able to maintain internal stability and democracy, avoid war, and focus on internal development.

Ukraine.

Hetman Skoropadsky's rule in Ukraine does not have much support among the population, who are fed up with the leader's Russia policy. It should be noted that Ukraine has always had a difficult relationship with its eastern neighbor. Much of Ukraine's territory has been occupied by neighboring states, including Russia. After the German Empire withdrew from Ukraine, the White Army invaded Crimea with impunity, as well as territories claimed by Ukraine, such as Starodub. The Ukrainian economy has been suffering from stagnation and recession for years. Trade policy is geared toward the Petrograd Union countries, especially Russia, and Ukraine is critically dependent on it. Despite all this, with its new leadership, Ukraine can succeed internationally. Ukraine has great prospects for development. If Ukraine changes course, it can recover its lost territories, eliminate Russian influence, and overcome its internal crisis.

Finland.

In the 1920s, the Republic of Finland was overthrown in a coup d'état by the Lapua movement, a nationalist organization led by Marshal Carl Gustav Mannerheim. Mannerheim and Paramount Chief Wrangel’s similar political and worldview views have brought Finland closer to the Russian bloc. However, the republican movement grew stronger, calling for Mannerheim and the Lapua faction to resign and hold elections. Even among conservatives, there were supporters of the establishment of a Finnish monarchy. Mannerheim's power was weakening by the day. ......
