Historical content in Germany
This change adds a new content for Germany: the formation of collaborators and the SS, new activities and a national spirit.
Current content represented in change:
A small thread of events related to Andrey Vlasov and ROA / CONR
Formation of the SS (including unrealized projects of the department).
The formation of a collaborator.
The balance of the forces of decommunization between the Wehrmacht and the SS.
Future plans:
Updated Reichskommissariat (including the addition of alternative cooperative governments for them).
A series of events related to the conflict of decommunization between the Wehrmacht and the SS.
Extends the event chain.
