Construction limit increased
About This Mod
This mod allows you to increase the construction limit to "exactly 3x" for each settlement in the game with just one team. Since each settlement in the game has its own construction limit, I have edited the size values for each settlement separately so that they are 3 times the original limit, rather than using the same value/size for all settlements, as some other modes do. This will also ensure that the construction limit panel shows the correct number.
I also enabled the ability to reset the building limit back to the default values.

Note:
This does NOT increase the area of construction! This increases the budget by the number of facilities that can be built.
I might add DLC support to this mod, but I haven't touched Fallout 4 in a long time. There are many other mods on Nexus that do the same :) It still works perfectly with the settlements of the base game, just does not increase the building limit in Far Harbor, Nuka World, etc.
Installation
Place the files "ble3xsize.txt" and "bleresetsize.txt" in the Data folder.
Or use Nexus Mod Manager for easy installation.
How to use
Download Save Game (after logging out of 111 vault) and...
To increase the size of all settlements by 3 times:
- Simply open the console and enter "bat ble3xsize" - without quotes.
To reset all settlements to their default size:
- Open the console and enter "bat bleresetsize" - without quotes.
Delete
Uninstalling is safe and will not cause any problems, as it is just a .txt file that contains a set of console commands that can easily be reset to default values.
Step 1: Reset the size of all settlements to standard (Open the console and enter "bat bleresetsize") - without quotes.
Step 2: Delete the files "ble3xsize.txt" and "bleresetsize.txt" from the Data folder manually, or, best of all, use Nexus Mod Manager to uninstall.
