About This Mod
Dependence on cigarettes seems too harsh compared to their benefits. I know there are a lot of them, so it's more of a nuisance than a real problem, but a freshman smoker like the Guide shouldn't have any serious debilitating consequences yet. I removed the -2 END to simulate only the nervousness and nervousness of nicotine addiction. I made this mod for myself without thinking about balance, but decided that I should share it, since the mod is still new and others can feel the same.
